At OpsSolved, our entire architecture is built on the principle of Data Sovereignty. We believe that your data should never leave your control.
What We Collect
We are an engineering firm, not a data broker.
- Website Visitors: We may collect basic analytics (cookies) to improve our site performance.
- Prospective Clients: If you book a screening, we collect your name, email, and company details to facilitate the meeting.
- Client Data: We DO NOT collect or store your production data. Our systems are deployed into your Private VPC or On-Premise infrastructure. We design the pipes; we don't own the water.
Third-Party Processors
We do not sell or share your data.
- Deployment: We may use cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) only to deploy infrastructure into your accounts, at your direction.
- Communication: We use standard business tools (e.g., email, video conferencing) to communicate with you.
Your Rights
Since we do not store your proprietary data on our servers, you retain full control over it at all times. If you wish to delete your contact information from our CRM, please contact us.
