When you submit an inquiry form on opssolved.com, we collect the contact and project details you provide:

  • Name
  • Business email address
  • Company
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Project message
  • Budget range (if provided)
03

Data we collect for B2B outreach

We also process limited business contact data of identified decision-makers at mid-market financial services organisations in the EEA and the UK for the purpose of direct B2B outreach about our Vendor Contract Review Sprint service. The data we hold for this purpose is limited to:

  • Name
  • Professional job title
  • Employer organisation
  • Professional email address at a corporate domain
  • Publicly available LinkedIn profile URL

We obtain this data from (a) the data subject’s own public LinkedIn profile, (b) their employer’s public website, regulatory filings, or press materials, and (c) reputable B2B contact databases (including Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator) that source professional information from public and partner channels.

We do not process special-category data, financial data, behavioural data, or personal-life information about outreach recipients. We do not contact individuals at personal email addresses or free-mail providers.

04

Why we process your data

We process inquiry-form data to respond to your inquiry, evaluate project fit, and communicate about potential services.

We process B2B outreach data to inform decision-makers at mid-market financial services organisations about our Vendor Contract Review Sprint service and to initiate qualified business conversations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects under Article 22 GDPR.

05

Legal basis (GDPR)

For inquiry-form data, our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) combined with our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For B2B outreach data, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in direct marketing to identified business decision-makers (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with reference to Recital 47). We have conducted and documented a Legitimate Interests Assessment covering this processing. You can obtain a summary of the balancing test by emailing [email protected].

We do not send marketing email to prospects in jurisdictions where local e-marketing rules require prior consent for B2B email (including Germany under § 7 UWG).

06

Retention

Inquiry-form records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.

B2B outreach records are retained only while the prospect remains in our addressable market. Records older than 12 months without successful contact or refresh are removed. Suppression-list entries (recipients who have opted out) are retained indefinitely solely to ensure we do not re-contact them.

07

Data processors

We use service providers to operate this website, send transactional email, host data, and deliver our outreach workflow. These include infrastructure hosting, transactional email delivery, cold-email-sending platforms, calendar scheduling, and CRM.

All processors are bound by written data processing agreements and process data on our instructions only.

08

Your rights

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may exercise any of these rights by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

Recipients of our outreach email may also opt out of further messages at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Polish residents, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl). EEA residents may complain to the supervisory authority in their country of residence.

09

International transfers

Personal data is stored within the EEA. Where any processor operates outside the EEA, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR.
