OpsSolved provides consulting, development, and implementation services for AI and automation solutions. The specific details of our services, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing, will be outlined in separate agreements with each client.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Our Intellectual Property: The OpsSolved website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OpsSolved and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 Client Work: Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract, clients retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to the work we create specifically for them. However, we reserve the right to use and display general concepts, code patterns, and techniques developed during client projects for promotional purposes, without disclosing confidential information.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
5. Payments and Refunds
5.1 Payment Terms: Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and methods, will be specified in the service agreement between OpsSolved and the client.
5.2 Refunds: Our refund policy will be outlined in each service agreement. For our standard services:
- Phase 1 (PoC Game Plan Workshop): 100% refund if not satisfied with the deliverables
- Phase 2 (Rapid Full-Stack PoC Build): Refunds are subject to specific terms in the service agreement
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsSolved and its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Any content obtained from our services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OpsSolved makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. Continued use of our website or services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
